Terrible move-out experience

As a part of the move out i was offered new contract but because the new property had turbo to building i was informed they’d have to send in a new modem which is usually delivered in 2-5 business days. And if i make instant payments on a credit card, which i did, by the end of the week i would have the modem.

Words but no action

I spent far too much time waiting for customer service to respond to issues. Promised things would be made right but nothing happened. I emailed two days ago and am still waiting for a response.

Internode staff put meaning into SUPPORT

I have been a client of Internode since they began. The consistent thing in that 20plus years has been the knowledgeable, pleasant, can-do attitude of the staff. Just THE best.

NO parental controls

Easy sign on process and managed installation of the modem myself and found it straight forward. BUT being a parent of 3 children I need parental controls and theirs are no where near safe. I contacted them a number of times because they keep resetting and no one could have undone it.

So this is a bit of a difficult situation to explain. My partner and I recently moved into an apartment in Cessnock, NSW. I think I recall that there was some sort of plan to remove all the old non-nbn cabling from the power-poles etc after the nbn network was completed (rather than as houses requested it).

Wireless became unstable since getting static IP?

I've been using Aussie Broadband 250mbps for about a year and opted for static IP about a week ago. I use an RT-AC68u router for wireless and a couple of unmanaged switches for wired connections.
