Should I buy a Taylor Morrison home?
My prior home was built by one of those "value" builders (at 1/2 of the cost of this one) and we had only a fraction of the repairs needed on this home. With a Taylor Morrison home you get a nice floor plan and what seems to be quality construction. But don’t sign off on the final paperwork until it rains really hard.

My wife & I bought a Taylor-Morrison/Bonterra home in 2020. We completed the full lifecycle-selecting lot, floor plan, et al. Overall, the quality of the builder met our expectations. Given the amount of sub-contractors engaged with a home build these days, it's easy to pass the buck. They didn't try to do that, which is commendable.
