How to fix a leaky injector?
Our injector lines are very touchy. Make sure the connector tube is fully seated in the injector and make sure the line is fully seated in the tube before you torque it down. After the lines get removed, they have a higher tendency to leak. Just loosen, readjust and retorque the ones that are leaking. Take it for a drive and see if the leak comes back. Tedious process but that's the way I fixed mine.
What pad action to use on injector lines?
Sometimes a little 3M sanding pad action on the ends of injector lines can help.
What grit should I use for a fuel leak?
I wouldn't use anything lower than 1000 grit. If its too coarse, you could leave score marks on the ends which could cause a fuel leak, OR it could allow air to be sucked in.

Worst case scenario is you pull the valve cover, pull the injector hold downs and rotate the injector (while its in the bore) until the tube can be fully seated and even with the head. If they were not seated in the injector before the lines were torqued, I'd pull the tubes to make sure the tips aren't smashed up, but if it runs and idles smooth then you're probably fine.
