One of the worst customer services! They give unhelpful and unreliable information. service is very slow, shipping takes forever to reach, need to get a response after multiple calls. very rude and untrained customer service associates. CC had offered 15% discount after email and phone sign up, but the code did not work.
Poor Customer Service
My daughter purchased a purse for me for my birthday. She is a teacher and was overwhelmed with in school, on line and many other problems involved with her job due to Covid. The brown box was delivered to her and she didn't have time to open it; so she just wrapped the brown box and gave it to me.

I will never order anything from CharmingCharlie.com again. They show phony photos of items, and then send you total JUNK, NOT as pictured. They are FRAUDSTERS for sure, and then will charge you to RETURN the JUNK.
Don't Trust The Reviews!
I placed an order for multiple items. I liked all but two of the items. When I tried to write honest reviews on their website, I noticed my 1 and 2 star reviews never posted but surprisingly my 5 star review did. Now I can never trust this website since I feel they are being manipulative.
Poor customer service
Order some stuff on line. Took a long time to get to me and when it did, the dresses did not fit. I contacted them about returns and refunds. I sent back at my own expense per their instructions. It is now a month later and I have not received a reply on the return. I have called them twice.
