Is 15/hr a good salary?
I got lucky with amazing management at my location. 15/hr is an amazing starting pay. However very few hours are given out to work you unless you're in a workcenter that has a lot of sales. The hardest part was dealing with that one specific team leader who wanted things done quickly in an unreasonable time manner. If you want to become a team leader/manager though you shouldn't look for an entry level position and move up, because you won't. They prefer to hire from the outside when it comes to management.
