Nervous to quit toxic firm
I've been at my firm for about 9 months now. It's my first job out of law school. When I got the job, I was so incredibly excited. It's litigation in the field I'm interested, which was tough to come by with such little experience.

Any associates getting civil trial experience?
Associate for insurance defense and I can’t get a single trial. This spans to before COVID. Trials are expensive and nobody wants to spend the money or take the risk. Either the carrier or the Plaintiff’s attorney folds in the end.
