The Moth StorySLAM is where everyday folks tell their stories. Heroes and hooligans, grandpas and undergrads, teachers, truck drivers, doctors or dog walkers… the people of Vermont! The Vermont Moth StorySLAM will launch on Tuesday, March 18th at The Skinny Pancake and will continue throughout the season with support from VPR.

Beyond theater, The Moth Mainstage is a community where entertainment and enlightenment merge. Community-focused, open-mic storytelling competitions in which anyone can share a five-minute story on the night’s theme. Ten StorySLAM winners in a given city are invited to take to the GrandSLAM stage for the ultimate storytelling competition.

A virtual open-mic storytelling experience that invites up to eight tellers to share a true, personal story on a given theme.
