How did Inferno meet Moon?
Moon and Inferno met again, this time on a cliff on the top of a mountain. They both tell each other how the world have become such a better place after the War of the SandWings Succession is over. Moon told Inferno her origin story, how she was kept away in the Rainforest Region for four years before she was allow to roam around the continent. When Moon ask for Inferno's origin story, Inferno kept quiet, telling her that it's not a good thing to talk about. They went back to the library, where Moon was struck with her thoughts. She saw the future where the academy library blow up, and that many dragons will die in the event. Panicking, Moon ran to the library to prevent any dragons from entering, as Inferno follow her from behind. The Jade Winglet came to the entrance to the library, demanding Moon to let them in, but she refused. Carnelian bust through her to enter the library and the library blew up. Every dragons at the entrance collapse to the ground, watching in horror as the library engulf in flame. Kinkajou scream that Tamarin is still inside the burning library. Inferno run into the fire, as Clay and Sunny get to the site. Moon explain to Clay that Inferno has ran into the fire to try to save Tamarin. Moments later, Inferno ran out of the library, carrying Tamarin on his back. He lay Tamarin down into the ground, and Kinkajou lean over next to Tamarin. Inferno told Clay that there is still two more dragons inside the library, and they both went into the fire. They came back out a few seconds later, with Inferno carrying a young SeaWing and Clay carrying Carnelian on his back. Suddenly, a ball with spike bounce into the library. Unable to identify what it is, Inferno went closer to the ball, but it explode and send hundreds of thorns into different direction. One of the thorn stab Moon in her arm, and she collapsed down into ground. Moon look over and saw that Inferno has been stab with multiple thorns, some on his body and some on his neck. Moon vision became blurry as Winter, Qibli, and Turtle came over to check on her.
What happened to the Nightwings in Inferno?
Hundreds of NightWings flood the FlameWings tribe, murdering every single FlameWings alive. Inferno woke up from his nightmare, his body was patch with some sort of leaf, and his right arm have a dangling vine band. Tsunami was there, and she told him that the band is a healing band, enchanted by an animus dragon to heal an injured dragon no matter what happen to them. Moon was standing at the entrance, and Inferno walk over to her. They both went to the same cliff on the mountain again, telling each other stories. Inferno reveal his origin to her, how the NightWings killed his tribe and that he taken revenge by killing the NightWings back. He told Moon that he isn't a normal dragon, he told her that sometimes, other dragons and even himself referred him as a murderer. Moon's face was frozen, speechless, unable to understand what just happen. She told Inferno that they should probably get back to the library to check what's going on.
Where did Moon find Inferno?
Moon eventually found Inferno sitting on a thick branch of a tree. She was able to calm him down and tell him that he is not a murderer. Together, they flew back to Jade Mountain, where they, along with Winter, Qibli, and Turtle, found out that Icicle (Winter's sister) was the dragon who caused the explosion in the library. They chased after Icicle, but she escape through a balcony on the east-wing of the mountain. Worried, Winter flew after her to try and stop her. The rest flew after them, and found Winter, but not Icicle, who escaped and nowhere to be found.

Moonwatcher (Moon) arrived at Jade Mountain Academy with her mother, Secretkeeper. Upon entering her den (some sort of room that two or three dragons stay in the academy), she met another dragon. Her group is the Jade Winglet, including Winter, Qibli, Turtle, Kinkajou, Carnelian, and Umber.
