Like it v much
Easy to use, quiet, simple to clean manually ... and with the option to wash the removable container in dishwasher’s upper rack is just great. Design is good too! The rubber body might not a good fit for high humid regions though.
Only lasted 3 uses
We were able to use this only three times before it stopped working. Instructions were read thoroughly and followed...but the fourth time we would press the button twice (for hot chocolate), the machine would work for approximately 10 seconds & then it would stop, without heating at all.
Cheap alternative
The base overall is a pretty large size that is perfect if you want to make more than one cup but takes awhile for the machine to cooldown between use (be careful it gets pretty hot). It's quality of froth is pretty decent and gets the job done. It has 3 functions: hot froth, cold froth, or chocolate milk.
